The 10th Anniversary of the César
For the first time, a comedy won the César of Best Film: Les Ripoux of Claude Zidi’s . A Cesar of Cesar is attributed to Robert Enrico’s Old Rifle. A tribute is paid to François Truffaut, who passed away last year. Bernard Giraudeu, Pierre Tchernia, Darry Cowl, Richard Berry, Guy Marchand, Jean Poiret, Léon Zitrone, Jeanne Moreau, Gina Lollobrigida and Kirk Douglas lead the evening in turn.
